THE CLASSIC CAPER

I had a dream last night I was a part of a robbery syndicate in a classic caper style misadventure. Trigger and I were the explosives and breaching experts. We always went in. Lermus was the muscle and usually stood as heavily armed guard outside. Sneakyboi did "eye in the sky" reconnaissance (usually from the roof of adjacent buildings) and was our "You guys gotta get outta there now" guy. Then we had Old Cornelius doing the system hacking, setting up booby traps, and laying cleaver misdirection leads for the law to fumble down. We dealt mostly in rare gems, old coins, and various bullion bars, but we weren't averse to hearing about your plans to recruit us into espionage, weapons running, and international seditiousness.

HAPPY FRIDAY

The Permian was a weird time. Stem-Mammals were pretty lizardy, but also had some mammalian stuff going on. King Gorgonopsia was pretty chill, he'd spend his days hunting tasty lystrosauruses and at night, perhaps decorating his flat and writing a little poetry.
