I was informed by several people that today is National Pickle Day. I had no idea, but whipped up a lil comic for it.

Central Pangaea State has been undefeated since at least the conifers spread into this vast aired inland floodplain. When you’re the top predator for so long you start to retell the same stories over and over. Kinda like that guy that peeked in high school and still tells you about his exploits when you see him at a dive bar while at home to visit for the holidays. Sure you’re the king of the Late Permian, with all the fatty Lystrosaurs you can eat and a squad of little Diictodons at your beck and call to clean your mess and groom your mites... But will the kids of the Quaternary even know you? Will they adorn their bedrooms with artists renditions of you looking fierce and doing cool stuff? Will they sell inflatable costumes of you for Halloween?
